IMPORTANT:
Nottingham City Council are proposing legislation changes to licence all HMO's and introduce requirements to obtain planning permission for HMO's under the Sustainable Communities Act.
EMPO are holding a consultation event with Nottingham City Council on Tuesday 13th October and a Landlords Meeting on Thursday 15th October for you to voice your concerns over the proposals and decide how we should proceed with the proposals moving forward.
