- Be Heard!- EMPO actively campaigns with Local Government for a better deal for landlords. In the recent past , several important cases have successfully been campaigned that would have meant a harder time for landlords. As part of YOUR local landlords association, you can make your opinion count.

-Keep up-to-date- Don't get caught out with changes in the law. EMPO members are kept up-to-date with changes in legal requirements that effect residential landlords. This is done through regular newsletters and a continually updated website.
